In 2001, TMI introduced a number of educational scholarships that all
Rangitāne O Manawatū beneficiaries are entitled to apply for. They
relate to both Secondary and Tertiary Education.
Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for one of these scholarships, the applicant
must be registered with TMI and thus a descendant of Rangitāne O Manawatū.
Secondary Scholarships
These scholarships are available to secondary school students
studying in the Manawatū/Horowhenua and Rangitikei areas. There are four
as follows:

There are seventeen scholarships available in three categories. These are summarised below.

Eligibility: You must whakapapa into the hapū for which you are applying for a scholarship.
